Delivery and Pick Up

New Zealand - Free Shipping within NZ for all orders over NZ$150, $9 flat rate for orders under $150. Additional fees may apply for rural and outer area delivery, this will be calculated at checkout.  

Australia - Standard shipping rate is NZ$10/kg for all orders up to 20kg. For orders over 20kg, please contact us for quotation.   

South Pacific* - Standard shipping rate is NZ$15/kg for all orders up to 20kg. For orders over 20kg, please contact us for quotation.   

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for New Zealand delivery and 5 to 10 working days for Australia and South Pacific delivery from the date you receive our shipping confirmation email. We use tracked courier services for all New Zealand shipments and un-tracked International Air services for all Australia and South Pacific shipments.

*South Pacific zone includes the following destinations: American Samoa, Cocos Islands, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
Wallis and Futuna.

 
Goods that are large/heavy or deliveries to outer islands/rural/remote locations may incur additional delivery charges. We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher, in which case you may cancel your order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.Overseas order is subject to weight and size of the order.
 
We endeavour to deliver all stocked Goods within 2 working days of us confirming acceptance of your order.  If, for any reasons, we are not able to supply the Goods or there is likely to be a delay, we will notify you as soon as practical.
 
Please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address as delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder. Please ensure you provide a physical address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.
 
We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order and provide you with information to track and trace your order where applicable.
 
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery. 
 
Pick up from our Auckland warehouse is generally only available to our wholesale customers by appointment. Payment needs to be received into our bank prior to the pick up. If you would like to arrange to pick up Goods, please contact us to obtain a special code prior to submitting your order.
